Ill start off by recommending anyone looking to start investing or is already seasoned to work with Marissa, she single-handedly changed my perception of wholesaling. I have worked with several in the past and they have all been terrible, but networth has been the most professional and with actual deals. I cant say enough about Marissa, but if you are looking for someone who is dedicated, passionate and is willing to go the extra mile and above for you then you need to work with her. She has exceeded my expectations far beyond. She made my investing experience a pleasure and I will continue to buy properties from networth for 2 reasons, 1 because they have a system in place that i think is fair for investors to buy and 2 because of Marissa. -
