I had a great experience working with NetWorth Realty in Dallas. If you are new to investing, you might want to get versed in wholesaling, because things move so fast. Luckily we had Jake Maes assist us in locating a property that was in amazing condition. Jake was as patient as he could be considering the quick sales that happen in wholesaling.He was available pretty much 24 hours a day. I feel much more comfortable in using NetWorth for future purchases thanks to Jake. FYI, the house looked just like it did in the pictures he provided, I flew out to go inspect it myself.

Our experience with our agent Andrew Simon was very professional. It was our first time using Net Worth over their competitors and it was certainly a more enjoyable experience. He moved quick, which helped ensure we got the house! His communication was clear and has stayed in touch throughout our renovation! Its a great business model. I will say that I was not the biggest fan of their sister company (212 loans) that they recommended we use, in order to have priority on the house, because I received closing docs 10 mins after we were supposed to be at title, signing papers. The title company said that was typical for 212. Nonetheless, Andrew made the experience enjoyable and Id work with HIM again :)

Being new to the renovation of houses with the intent to flip for a profit, we relied on John and the team at NewWorth of Dallas to lead us in the right direction using their vast experience. They took us from identifying the correct houses to purchase based on price and the expected renovation costs and time frames, the possible sale price for the house in the applicable location of the home, all the way through to the sale of the property. They helped identify vendors, contractors, sub-contractors, realtors, etc. The renovation costs and sale prices varied a little, but the vast majority of their projections ended up being close to the actuals. John and his associates were available on nights and weekends, whenever we had a question or concern. We interviewed other companies that were similar in the house flipping industry, but after studying and interviewing all the similar companies, we are very happy with our decision.
