Throughout our new construction home buying process, Julie provided support beyond just the transaction. We were first-time home buyers and Julie always advocated for us and truly put our best interests at heart. When we were stressed about issues that arose during our home inspection, she helped us communicate and negotiate with the sellers to have the necessary repairs made before closing. After we moved in, she continued to follow up proactively with a few maintenance issues and made sure we were happy with the new home. She was always responsive to emails and calls. More importantly, she provided more than professionalism. Her dedication to forming a genuine relationship made us feel exclusive as if we were the only clients that matter. Our situation presented quite a challenge but Julie handled the sale of our house like the consummate professional. Since we live in Europe, Julie had to deal with EVERY DETAIL for us. She dealt with our outgoing property management company, made recommendations on what needed to be upgraded prior to listing, hired/oversaw the work that needed to be done and staged the home. She priced the house perfectly and helped us evaluate multiple offers. All of this during a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic and historic snowstorm! Nothing fazes Julie. She rolls with every circumstance and retains her good humor throughout. She made a complicated situation feel totally under control. We truly can’t recommend Julie highly enough!

I have worked with Julie Waidelich and Nest Properties on a couple of occasions. First to sell my previous Austin house which she sold during a down market. I was so happy with her work that I asked the title company to increase her commission which they responded, In my 20 year career of working in this industry, this is a first for someone asking to increase the agents commission. Didnt regret that. When I was in a bind to move back to Austin, she found a secret gem in a much coveted part of Austin within my price range. She did an amazing job of walking me through the process and prevented many gotchas. In the process, I was even given a fair sum of money back to replace the roof. Julie is professional, courteous, tough negotiator but with a very kind demeanor.
