Crystal Plummer is truly exceptional. I’m so happy my family and I had the opportunity to work with her! We decided to sell our home in Houston and purchase a new construction home in Cypress. My husband and I were so impressed with Crystal’s level of knowledge and expertise. Her main goal was to make sure we were happy! Crystal was ALWAYS available to answer questions and assist in any way she could. Her responsiveness was incredible. Crystal is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were concerns, Crystal was patient and worked through the situation without breaking a sweat. Her cool and calm mindset gave us the confidence that she would get the job done – and she did! We consider ourselves extremely lucky and blessed to have had Crystal as our Realtor! We will eternally be grateful that she helped us sell our previous home and find our beautiful new one.

I would highly recommend Nest Builders and Crystal! We relocated from out of state to Katy, TX and had the best experience. Crystal listened to our needs/wants and provided constant updates to what homes were on the market. She has exceptional communication throughout the entire home buying process and goes above and beyond for her clients. We purchased when competition was high and homes had multiple offers. Her professionalism and negotiation skills are the reason our bid won against so many others. We love our home and appreciate everything Crystal did to make it happen for our family! She is such a pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend her enough!

I first met Crystal as a new REALTOR trying to find my footing. She always there to listen to my bright ideas and provide feedback and suggestions to improve it.You know when they say people who dont know you support you before those who do? That wasnt the case when Crystal caught wind I pivot into being a transaction coordinator. Right after she congratulated me on finding my lane in the industry she asked how she can become a client and we been closing together every since!Watching Crystal from behind the scenes has been a great experience. She never belittle me if I dont know something and encourages me to reach out with questions even if its not her transaction. With her guidance Ive learned so much tidbits that most agents gatekeep for themselves.Thank you Crystal for being a great mentor, client, and friend. 🫶🏾
