Neetu is awesome! We love Neetu, we used her expertise both buying and selling our home. In our experience she is more like family than a realtor. Absolutely amazing realtor! Neetu goes above and beyond for her clients. She will give advice based on the client’s needs and not her own. She has been an excellent person to work with. In many circumstances when I couldn’t be physically present for tasks, Neetu never hesitated to step up and not only take care of the issues, but did so in a way that I never once worried. You just know when Neetu is handling a situation for you, you can rest easy and the stress just melts. I cannot say the same for other realtors that I have worked with. She is incredibly helpful and personable. A true joy to work with, and I don’t trust anyone else to handle my real estate deals the way I trust her. I cannot recommend her enough.

I had the opportunity to work with Neetu when we purchased our house and sold our old house. In both instances, Neetu went out of her ways to help us get the best deal, made us aware in advance of all the procedures, happily went around with us showing us different houses based upon our preferences at the same time, never pressured us in to making decisions at any time. Her happy nature, and width of knowledge made us feel very comfortable. She is a grate professional and so easy to be friend with. Neetu not only loves what she does, she is very good at it. Her insight into people and the market was evident in out first meeting. Neetu helped me find my house and also when I sold it two years later. She is the full package and could not have asked for a better partner in my home need. 18 Years ago when I went to go buy my first home at age 22, Neetu was my agent. I was approved late afternoon on a Friday from a mortgage company. I called one agent from a magazine, and he said he had plans that weekend. So slightly put off, I decided to call an agents listing from the front of a home I passed, and Neetu answered. When I told her I was excited that I just got approved for a house, her reply was, Lets go buy a house! I will never forget how nice and gracious she was. She was fair to the seller and buyer ( me). So when things changed for me recently, and I thought I might need to sell my house fast, I didnt hesitate to contact Neetu once again, BECAUSE, she could do the sale fast for me if needed. Seemed like a wonderful person as always. I thank the heavens for having special people like Neetu! By the way, as a bonus the current receptionist for Neetu/ Berkshire Hathaway, was stunning.
