Let me begin with not all Brokers are created equal.Ive been conducting business as an Real Estate Investor since 1996. Ive done everything from Buy & Hold, Fix & Flip, Shortsale, Wholesale, Subject To, Assignment, JV, Property Management, etc.To find a Broker who is investor friendly was harder to find than expected. After retrieving my license in mid June 2019 and dealing with a situation where my original broker tried to keep additional money of over a couple grand beyond our Independent Contractor Agreement... I decided it was best to move on.I began searching and researching for a new place in August 2019, but with the intent to find a 100% Commissioned Based Brokerage.It came down to three contenders and after deep deliberation, I chose to have NB Elite Realty sponsor my license.Annette Martinez is outstanding and very friendly. The broker is knowledgeable and very responsive. Fees are extremely fair. If youre a part time agent that doesnt close a deal every month this structure is perfect because youre not paying every month for services your not using. If youre a busy agent, this structure allows you to keep more money in your pocket. Its really a great opportunity to get a great value while still enjoying the benefits of a professional and cutting edge Brokerage. -
