Natasha is a true professional. She was the listing agent on a home I bought. Every time we were at her listing for showings, she was very quick to respond to my realtor with questions we had about the house. During the option period, she was a true, level headed professional when negotiating repairs. Working in real estate, I meet a lot of agents that get attitudes, or slow to respond. Natasha was the complete opposite. She made the process flow so much easier, which allowed us to get closed on the house with little stress. If you need a professional realtor that will put you and your property as a priority, she’s the one!

Any words shared here will not do justice to how pleased we were and still are with Natasha Norregaard! She was super quick to learn “our style” of the type of home we were looking for. She found us the perfect home! We were not able to get to Galveston to look at all the homes so Natasha did FaceTime calls with us. She went over and above. She was so patient with us and guided us through the process from starting our house hunt to the final closing. She keeps in contact with us even today. My wife Patti & I would HIGHLY recommend Natasha as your realtor!

I have just gone through a rather challenging sale of my fathers home who passed away in 11/2022. There was nothing easy about going through probate. I was very impressed with Natasha’s patience as we wove our way through the details of dealing with my fathers estate. There were many details to be resolved as it was not only my challenge but I had two sisters to work through all of this with. Not once did Natasha blink an eye as we dealt with each detail of the sale. My family was in the real estate business for many years so I know what a “normal” transaction should look like and this was not normal. I am deeply grateful that we had her representing our best interest. Professional, caring, intelligent, and most importantly she has an enormous heart.

Not only is Natasha an amazing agent, she’s also a top tier human. She was so helpful and went out of her way to help us find a place. It was a hard move for me as we are coming from out of state, but she made it feel so easy. Her energy is amazing and she made me feel so comfortable and took so much stress out of the process.
