Experienced, attentive, personable are a few words that come to mind when thinking of Nanette. Last spring my partner and I bought our first home and we could have not asked for a better realtor! Nanette was ready for back to back days of showing. We never felt pressured and when we found our home Nanette was on top of it. The process was seamless, don’t hesitate and give her a call.

Nanette is an amazing realtor. My husband and I were moving to Austin from out of state and looking to buy a house as first time home buyers. Nanette was recommended to us by friends. She was easy to communicate with in advance of our arrival about different houses and areas. She knows a lot of the other realtors in Austin and had the scoop on a couple houses we were looking at. When we came down to look at houses we viewed 18 houses over 4 days. Nanette was super chill and honest the whole time. We never felt stressed or rushed at any point. She told us what was good and bad about the street/area and the house. She noticed a lot of details that we didnt notice, which was wicked helpful. After viewing all the houses we had 4 that were potential contenders. That was when Nanette dug up all the details on those houses and sent it over to us. We were able to narrow down to one house that we loved. Nanette put an offer in for us that same afternoon under asking with all contingencies and after one negotiation we got the house! Since we were out of state still Nanette organized and oversaw the home inspection and the final walkthrough. Everything was perfect working with her and she is a lovely person. Thanks Nanette!

Youll find Nanette under @Rocknrealty on instagram. The moniker is fitting because she is a rockstar at what she does. Nanette was recommended to us by a family member back in December of 2020. My wife and I are first time homebuyers. Were both young professionals, who both grew up poor never thinking wed ever move out of apartments or have our own house to call home. Weve worked hard to put ourselves in better situations so that hopefully our future children will never have to think the same things when they are young. Honestly though, as hard as weve worked, we could not have done this without Nanette.We started looking for houses the first week of January 2021, possibly the worst time in Austins history to look for a house. It was a very difficult process for us, even though we felt like we had a very competitive offer for our price-point.3 months later, with easily over 100 houses looked at and 50 offers put in, we have found our home. As mentioned before, we could not have done this without Nanette. 3 months in, we were on the verge of giving up. Literally we gave ourselves one last weekend of looking at houses before calling it quits when Nanette tells us that a seller (who originally rejected our offer) had reconsidered and wanted to sell us their home. I firmly believe that the rapport she easily builds with people contributed to the sellers nudging in our direction.Nanette devoted her entire weekends to us from January to March. She easily could have referred us to another colleague as she lives in South Austin, and we were looking in Leander and even Georgetown. She made no complaints about the drives or the time we took from her. She answered calls well past normal working hours and helped us understand every step along the way.But, you can get that from any realtor. What youll find only in Nanette is someone with a purely Austin perspective and tenacity. She will stay with you and be your champion. When youre thinking of giving up because the market is too difficult and maybe youll just try later, shell keep you on course and find you your home.My wife and I didnt want much. Just a small place with a yard for our dog and space enough for us to start a family down the line. We have that now, and I cant thank Nanette enough.

We listed at the beginning of Feb 2022 — not a great time with housing prices, the market, and it was cold outside.Nanette prepared me to be on the market for 30+ days and that we might need to negotiate (lower the price) for a quick sale.She sent a photographer who took pics that made me want to move back in, hosted 2 crazy busy open houses, and had 9 offers (2 less than full price) in 72 hours of listing.Sold for 10% over list and closed on 30 days. She’s a rock star. Period.

Amazing experience for a first time homebuyer as Nanette is very knowledgeable on dissecting neighborhoods in the Austin area.
