Nancy came highly recommended from a colleague and from the very beginning we could see why. With little time to prepare (less than 24 hours) Nancy and Jess met us right off the plane for our 2-day house-hunt. They were completely prepared with every house we had discussed being interested in via phone, in a well-organized and well-presented book that matched (in order!) the homes we would be visiting for each day. Nancy handled question and concerns extremely well and sought answers quickly when they weren’t readily available. Nancy communicated well and gave us very useful recommendations throughout the entire process. She even went above and beyond when we needed someone to be available for a delivery at our home. Nancy gave us the most beautiful card and wonderful “welcome home” gift at closing. We are so thankful to Nancy and Jess for all of their wonderful assistance. We were very impressed, and we will continue to recommend Nancy and Jess to anyone we know looking to buy a home in the area.Thank you!

Even though a short timeline, different time zones, and being an out of state buyer Nancy made us feel welcomed to the community and comfortable in the buying process. Nancy builds great trust, and her communication was excellent throughout the process.

Nancy was warm, kind, attentive, and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. She kept me in the loop. Her many years of experience allowed her to work out a good deal for me while keeping my needs and priorities front and center throughout. My home wasnt in the best condition, and we didnt have a lot of cash flow to solve some issues. Nancy never made me feel bad about that and worked with me to ensure my repair and staging dollar went as far as possible. Best of all, I had a viable offer just 5 days after placing the home on the market. Any time it occurred to me to text her with a question, she was right there to cheerfully answer it. Plus, I found everyone else I met at Diamond Realty to be much the same: warm, cheerful, personable, and easy to work with. Would definitely use again and recommend to loved ones.
