Thanks to Nancy, our family had an excellent experience selling our home. As first time home sellers, we were nervous about renting vs selling and then trying to pick a realtor. AWESOME!!! Can not thank Nancy enough for a great job on selling my parents house while helping them relocate and purchasing a new home! My father suffered a stroke at the age of 70yrs old, which made everyday life a challenge for both my parents. After serval discussions with my mother, it was determined that my parents needed to down size and relocate to a smaller home to make life easier and to better manage my father’s medical issues.I could not have achieved this without Nancy!! After meeting with my parents, she recognized right away what type of home my parents needed and more importantly the community that would suite their needs as an elderly couple. Nancy was very understanding of the challenges of not only convincing my parents of moving from their retirement dream home, but also the medical issues that my father now faces.Since i live out of state, the challenge for me was to make sure my parents were taken care of until i was able to fly to Texas. Nancy constantly kept me informed of everything that was going on.
