Bob HANDS DOWN is THE BEST REALESTATE AGENT IN HOUSTON. I initially found Bob as a recommendation by my friend who is a realestate agent in New Jersey. I purchased my home using him as my agent back in 2021 and it was seamless he had GREAT suggestions and great advice! His communication was fabulous! When I closed and I was SO HAPPY with my house!! Everyday I’d go home and just love it!!! Then in 2024 I ended up getting married and moved and I enlisted Bob to help me sell my home, this time however I was out of state trying to sell my home in Houston. Bob went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and was available for every question I had and when I say above and beyond he was AMAZING. He helped me with all my prepping of the home to get it ready for sale and even helped me sell a few of my items that I used to stage the home after we went into closing!! He also helped get me every answer I needed during the sale of my home from title etc.. and definitely was my advocate during the sale! My only complaint is I wish I had Bob in my new state of residence to help me purchase my next home! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bob both as a buyer and a seller!!! He is absolutely STELLAR 10 stars!!! -

We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Charlie Bingham throughout the whole process. He undoubtedly has his clients best interests at heart, with genuine care and a huge amount of patience. He helped guide us out the other end of a purchase that fell through due to the selling party, helping us to secure alternative rental accomodation extremely quickly and efficiently. It was an extremely stressful time, but Charlie remained calm, and highly professional throughout - showing great empathy and always keeping our spirits up. I am pleased to say that with a great deal of help from Charlie we have now successfully closed on a house of our own! Leah LeBlanc is a professional. All efforts on my behalf to work with other realtors were to no avail. Mrs. LeBlanc was committed & consistent as well responsive. Despite challenges with my credit score and/or rental history, Leah worked tirelessly to find exactly what I needed & wanted. She always treated me with respect. She related to me as a person, had compassion for my situation. She allowed me to give an explanation so as to have an understanding to speak on my behalf. Leah is a beautiful person inside & out. From the beginning of the process to the end, there was no judgment. I was mentally, emotionally and physically drained. Leah made the process so easy because she did all the work. She found a place for my family and I to call home. We are centrally located between my husbands dialysis clinic and my sons job. Most importantly, she made sure I didnt face any challenges with my Emotional Support Animals. Theres literally a dog park on the premises of my Townhouse. We have a washer & dryer in the home. Somehow, Leah managed to meet every requirement. In fact, she found the perfect place below my budget. That alone was a blessing. Jason Nguyen was my realtor. He had previously helped me locate an apartment in 2018 and when it came time to buy a home this year, he was the logical choice for guidance. He has been immensely helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout the entire home buying process which, for me, was much more difficult than I initially anticipated given todays real estate climate.He was attentive and honest and it made the entire process (were talking ~4-6 months here) really easy for me. He was very flexible, yet very prompt. Always ready to answer a question when I had one for him.He followed through on all of my requests and followed up when I wasnt always available.I would highly recommend Jason as a realtor to anyone and will 100% use him for my own real estate needs in the future. -

In a short 14 days, our agent with Nan and Company Properties assisted in closing 3 varied properties: a townhouse in Rice Military, a mid-rise condo across from the beautiful Buffalo Bayou, and a home on acreage in a country estate neighborhood. Abby assisted with suggestions for updates and staging to help us secure a full price offer on the townhouse within the first 24 hours on the market. She was instrumental in locating the acreage that was under contract and became available, allowing us to find the perfect home for us to have our young grandchildren visit. The condo was creatively shown via FaceTime with buyers from out of state, who flew in 3 days later to make an offer that we accepted. Add to that, she arranged for the title company to bring their luxury Closing Van to us to close! We could not have been more pleased with the marketing of our properties, guidance on negotiating contract terms and ease of final closing on our properties. I have worked with Nan Properties since they first started. I love buying properties and fixing them up and reselling them. I have bought and sold 11 properties with Nancy as my realtor. Sometimes the other side made closing difficult and thank goodness I had Nancy and her team working for me. She went to bat with me and was able to push the sale along.The first time I used her was when she first started out. My high rise in the Uptown Park area had sat on the market for almost two years with barely any activity. It was with one of the big firmswell know firms that people use to sell luxury homes. They were using old school techniques to sell. Basically an ad in the Sunday paper and wait. That obviously didnt work. I took the listing from one of the top realtors in Houston and gave it to Nancy. The realtor I took it from got super angry and told me I would regret my decision. Within 1 week I had a cash offer for full price from a foreign national that had never even set eyes on the house. He just loved the pictures online. After two years of no activity, and then this, I was scared the sale wouldnt go through, but it did! I couldnt believe it sat there for almost two years, and when I switched to Nancy and it sold in less than a week.From then on, I became a loyal Nan Fan! The only time I used another agent was when I had a country property for sale. I decided that I would be better with a local agent, someone out in the country, closer to the property. Again, my property sat on the market for over a year. Again, the agency put the property in the paper, and waited. Nancy convinced me to switch to her and she sold the property a few months later.If you need to buy a house, or sell, she is the only person I would use. She goes to bat for her clients and is the hardest working realtors in the business. She goes out of her way for her clients and uses cutting edge advertising to really showcase your home. She used a drone video to sell the ranch and her online pictures are amazing.I recommended her to my mom and she sold two properties using Nan too. One of the properties was again, sitting with a top real estate firm for the longest time and when Nancy took it over it sold quickly.The last house I sold using Nan Properties was located in Highland Village. I received a full price offer in two weeks of listing it. The last house I bought was in River Oaks. She was able to get me a house that I could renovate, for lot value. She negotiated hard for me both times.The has earned my loyalty. If you need a realtor, I whole heartedly recommend you give Nan Properties a ring. -

We heard about our real estate agent Maribel Juarez through a friend who referred her. We were so pleasantly surprised by her work. From the start, Maribel was open, informative, professional, and friendly. As first time home buyers, we went into the process feeling weary but Maribel was quick to respond and inform us of the home buying process. She answered any and all of our questions(which we had a lot) and she kept us informed throughout every single step. Honestly, there isnt enough good things I could say about her. She got us into our beautiful new first home within a month or two and she supported us every step of the way. Me and my partner would highly reccomend her. Also, she does it all. Transferring to Texas from Minnesota during Covid and everything else was extremely difficult but Alexis was extremely helpful and made it effortless on my part. I couldn’t come to see any properties so I decided to rent for a year first. Alexis looked at them and FaceTimed me from them and gave me great feedback. Then when I moved here she gave me the best advice on everything from where to eat to where not to go! Now fast forward a year and as my lease was ending during a sellers market she showed me several homes and when I finally found the right one she made sure I got it and even under listing price!!! She treated me like a true friend throughout the entire process and I hope she knows I see her as the same! Thank you so much for everything you did this past year! -
