We purchased a house with Austin in March 2024 in Lewisville, TX. The first house we went under contract on had some potential issues that we were not sure how to evaluate the risk for, and Austins contacts and experience were extremely helpful in giving us the knowledge to confidently make the decision to walk away from that house. Austin helped us to tune our offers to suit our situation well, and we were very happy with the negotiation and process for the house we did end up buying. Austin also had good recommendations for contractors who were able to schedule work needed on the house very quickly. Austin was happy to discuss the process with us before securing financing, and had a recommendation for a lender which was a very helpful starting place. We ended up going with another lender due to lower expenses, and Austins team was very communicative with the lender we chose. Finally, even during the wait and see steps in the process Austin was frequently communicative, so we always felt that we knew how the process was proceeding. Overall a great experience working with Austin, Olga, and Rebecca as we went through the home-buying process for the first time.
