    Myers is by far my favorite place to buy investment properties. The company is made up of good, honest people who have stood by there word, which I am grateful for. In my opinion they are the best deal makers in DFW. I work with Zeyd and I highly rate him at Myers. He’s an effective and frequent communicator (important trait but hard to encounter these days), a staunch advocate of the buyer’s interests, and once the deal is done he keeps tabs on the closing process. Great character, strong commitment to his work and it’s been a pleasure to work with Zeus and the Myers team. Can’t recommend them enough and I look forward to working with them on many more transactions in the future

    My Adventures in Selling My HomeI was exhausted from moths of attempting to sell my home in Allen, TX when JT from Myers Home Buyers reached out. He was polite and kind and empathetic. He came over, gave me an honest rundown, and offered $342K. He let me stay in the house for two weeks while I found another place to live. With all the hassle, fees, and uncertainty, his offer was solid, so I accepted. When the closing date came around and I still hadn’t found a new place, JT postponed the closing and even got me in touch with a realtor to help me secure a new home. Thanks to that cushion, I found the perfect home, moved, and never had to deal with temporary housing or stress about my dogs.All in all, Myers Home Buyers was the best option out of everything I tried over the eight months including fsbo, every investment company and two realtors. I’ll admit, I was scared it might be a scam, but it wasn’t. I’m real, and you can find me on social media to verify that this story is legit. I’m writing this after my move-out, and there’s no gain for me in sharing this—I just want others to know that JT was a better option than any investor or realtor I worked with.I was simply wiped out and done when Myers came to my home and he treated me with respect and kindness.     If you are thinking about an as-is sale, I would absolutely recommend Myers Home Buyers. This was by far my best experience selling a home. I thought this was going to be quick going in, but in my wildest dreams I didnt think it would be as quick and painless as it actually was. The whole thing took about 2 weeks from my first meeting to closing and only required a few hours of my time. While we know there is some money left on the table selling as-is, the price quoted up front was fair and didnt change during the process.     Andrew and the rest of the team at Myers made the process seamless and so easy. We wanted to get into a bigger home but we knew our current home needed some work and we were not willing to put in the effort, time and money into it. The first walkthrough they were able to get an offer and Andrew educated us on what we need to be aware of when getting offers from other companies. In the end, Myers gave us the best price and terms. They were quick, responsive and a pleasure to work with!     I inherited a house in my Hometown and I knew that I would never live there or had the time to truly take care of the house, however I had a few requirements and the house had a few issues with a squatter. And because of my schedule I had to do everything via text and email...Andrew had no problem accommodating my needs. It took 2 week from first contact to close. And as long as you the home owner ask for what you need and make sure you understand everything fully and be patient they will bend over backwards for you to help make sure everything is smooth and easy. I recommend them to everyone now.

    I was super skeptical and nervous about using a service like this. However, my fears were totally put to ease by working with Andrew at Meyers. He was very reassuring and explained the process thoroughly and was always available if I had additional questions. My kids even loved him! I would definitely recommend this service to anybody who does not want to go through the painstaking process of selling your home the traditional way. I would especially recommend this if your home is in need of repairs/remodeling and you simply do not have the time/money to put into it.From start to finish the process took about 2 weeks. It started with a simple phone call to inquire about their services. About 2 hours later Andrew was at our house and making an offer (a very reasonable one I might add!). Although we had a couple of title issues it didnt delay the process what so ever. The title agency was super on top of it and took care of any title issues that came up.I am extremely thankful for Andrew & the team at Meyers and although I do not anticipate needing a service like this again I will certainly be recommending them to my family & friends in the future!

    We were referred to Myers Home Buyers by a friend who also used their service and was very satisfied. She said to be sure to ask for Chad. What a great referral! After the passing of a parent, we had an old distressed house that needed to be sold as soon as possible. We called Chad Dawson at Myers Home Buyers who met with us immediately, and walked us through the process. In less than a week, Chad set up the showing for about 25 potential buyers. It was an instant bidding war, and after the 1 hour showing, we ended up with an offer considerably more than we expected, and $8K more than the current Zillow estimate. No repairs to the house were required for the sale, the property was sold as-is, and all we had to do was remove what we wanted from the property prior to closing. Closing was 4 weeks after the showing, and both the closing and the funding were flawless. The entire process with Meyers Home Buyers could not have gone any smoother, and in addition to finding a great realtor service, we also made a new friend in Chad Dawson.

    I highly recommend Myers, The Home Buyers, for your one stop of selling your home even if its paid off or not. This was very a scary time in my life of the unknown. Once I decide to make that first phone call on 09/30/19 and set up my home assessment appointment for 10/03/19 the rest was history on selling my home. The first person of contact for my home assessment was RUDY!!!!!!!! one of the most outstanding, productive, polite, awesome customer service, hes fair with the offering. He explain the entire process not like some reps from other companies sound like they are reading a script, not Rudy he made me feel comfortable, he didnt rush our appointment. After my appointment with Rudy was over within an hour I had an introduction email from the office Manager Aaron Hoff along with my contract to include my closing date for 10/28/2010. Aaron inform me of the step by step processed just as Rudy had. Aaron Hoff rocks, I was just floored on to get two positive people with such great work ethic. All of my emails, phones, and texts were answered even after hours and weekends. I closed as schedule no hassle. I want to shout out to the world I had the most fabulous time in selling my home without stress and thats very rare in these days.     I highly recommend Myers the Home Buyers. They bought my house at a fair price, and delivered on their word. Andrew was my personal buyer. He was totally honest with everything he promised, and available by phone and text through the entire transaction. We closed the sale in a few weeks. From the time I put a contract on my new home until we sold ours and moved in was a total of 5 weeks. It was a piece of cake. We were even allowed to leave all the junk we didn’t need in our new home. If you have a choice, ask for Andrew!!

    We had to move to be closer to Mom. Shes lives out of state which meant we had to sell our house. Weve been living in this house for over 30 years, but didnt have the time or budget to fix it up. We knew that having a cash investor to buy our house as-is was the way to go. We did some research and based on the great reviews, we decided to call Myers The Home Buyers. Our experience was just like all the other reviewers. Andrew Bianchini was our main contact and he pretty much came within an hour of when I first called him. We showed him around the house and we were quite impressed that he was able to formulate a realistic offer almost immediately after the tour. We felt very comfortable dealing with Andrew. He was attentive and explained the contract with us and made sure we understood it. We accepted the offer since it was in the ball-park of what we expected (knowing that the house needed some work). We closed in 2 weeks and we even got to stay at the house for free for several weeks after closing -- allowing us to take care of our personal belongings. Oh, we closed in the morning, and the cash was deposited that afternoon. Wow, talk about a fast and painless transaction!     These guys are wonderful! This experience with Myers home buyers was stress free, and simple!Andrew H. Answered all my question and put my mind at ease. I was skeptical at first but everything went very well. We have a home in an excellent neighborhood that has good bones but needs a little work in south Arlington Tx. Andrew gave me a fair offer for my home. He wasnt trying to low ball us. He checked out the home and came back with an offer that was fair with in hours of me inquiring!! Our deal was completed yesterday and we were funded our proceeds within hours of closing! They even gave us a lease back option for 2 weeks free of charge, originally going to be 3-4 weeks, because we werent quite ready to move! We were able to handle everything by phone or email in order to sign contracts. He set us up with a wonderful title company. Everything about this experience has been top notch.     Short Review: Chad Dawson is INCREDIBLE! He exceeded his commitments throughout the entire process. Chad listens, understands, connects with balanced professionalism.Long Review: My elderly parents needed help selling their home which required updating. They needed to avoid the arduous process and intrusive nature of MLS. Back in October 2021, I read EVERY review and there was a stellar review of Chad which aligned closely with my family situation. I reached out to Chad, he responded immediately and walked through the house the next day. At the initial meeting he presented Myers Buying and Myers Investor options. Chad is careful not to over promise/under deliver-hes conservative. To be transparent, ALL the way through the process I was skeptical - the ease, just seemed too good to be true and I was waiting to be disappointed. It just DID NOT HAPPEN...the process was EXACTLY as outlined in my first meeting with Chad. On our end, there were several sale postponements - Chad stuck by us for 5 months with grace and understanding. He was incredibly respectful/timely in answering all my questions/concerns and there were A LOT (b/c I was so skeptical). Most importantly, Chad was good to my parents both personally and ultimately financially. This was evident during the sale when he made a critical decision which kept their best interest at heart.     Was very sceptical at first. Called Ross and he explained in detail what they do and how everything would work. That week he came out and looked at the house. We had a specific number in mind and was very open and honest with him as far as any issues the house had. After 20 minutes or so, Ross gave us their offer and was very very close to the number we had in mind. My mother was moving from the home and had been there for 40+ years and Ross also told us about a special 2 week lease they offer after closing and we took advantage of that as well. Closing was so smooth and easy. Ross answered all of our questions in detail and was available for anything else we needed. I highly recommend Myers. So much easier than listing, showing and especially commission! Will recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to go through the nightmare of listing a house with a realtor. A+++

Once they gave us a pretty decent offer on our home, we agreed and had some title issues and they were able to resolve with an attorney at no cost to me. They also let us do the estate sale after the closing so we were able to keep the home for a week after closing. Nothing ever came up that seemed they couldnt handle. They really went above and beyond when it comes to making an easy transition. I was very pleased with this experience and wish these guys the best of luck.

    Overall I am pleased with MHB. Our situation was not typical- our home was older but in good condition and with no major repair issues, not in financial distress, and not a forced move. We simply wanted a bigger home, and with 4 dogs and a bird, trying to keep it show-ready would have been impossible. Plus, I just didnt want the hassle of doing cosmetic projects, touch-up painting, dealing with buyers, etc. Luckily, I bought the home (which is in a desirable neighborhood of Richardson) when the market was low, so I built decent equity in five years. I took good care of it and did a lot of the more expensive upgrades (HVAC, roof, etc.) So, after all that, at the time of sale, I was able to profit just over 80k by selling to MHB. Selling on the open market would have netted me ~15-20k more, but for considerably more hassle. Their offer was the best of all the investors I spoke with, and the process was easy. There were no last minute changes at closing, and we were able to stay in the house at no cost for about 3 weeks while we worked on acquiring our next place- without a risky contingency. We worked with Adam throughout the process and he was good about communicating regularly. In the end I am so happy we went this route. We were able to get a new house that we love and eliminate headaches, uncertainty, and unexpected expenses. Given a second chance I would do it again the same way. This is a lengthy review, but it was challenging for me to make the call to do an investor sale vs traditional, and I hope perhaps my perspective can help someone else in a similar situation.
