This is a Texas company, important to me to support local. They were professional and respectful of my privacy. Angelina is effective and pleasant, walked me through quite a lot. Im excited to see the house ready for resale, as there were many improvements to make. I believe our family made the most money we could due to the condition. Thank you Myers for giving me freedom from that big responsibility.

My experience selling my home with Myers Home Buyers was amazing from start to finish. I didnt know selling my home could actually be stress free. My contact was Angelina Pane. She was so helpful and explained everything to me and walked me through the whole process. She was with me every step. When it was time to sell. I sold my home in one hour. I cant say enough good things about Myers Home Buyers and Angelina in particular. If you are looking at selling. Do consider Myers Home Buyers.I just happened across them when looking at selling our home and I feel lucky that I did. Angelina worked with me to get the best price possible on a short sell. I was also working with a few other companies. As I wanted to get the best price. Those other companies come in $10k to $15k lower.There were a few issues during the process. Those issues had nothing to do with Myers Home Buyers. I only bring them up because Angelina helped me work them out. If I had any questions or concerns along the way. All I had to do was reach out to Angelina and it was stress free. Angelina never made me feel like I was being a bother but rather it was her pleasure to help me.In my case we had a gap of about a week between selling and getting into our new house. I thought I would need to rent something or stay in a hotel. However, Angelina worked it so that we could stay those extra days in the house. Which was a really big help. As you have enough on your plate with a move already.After we had moved out, Angelina checked in to make sure everything was good. There was a deposit required to allow us the extra days in the house. Which we had not received back. I let Angelina know this and she stuck with me and helped get that deposit returned. As it was controlled by the other people buying the home.If any part of the process was the worse it was that part, as it took a while to get the deposit back. But again, that was on the other company and not Myers Home Buyers. To me Angelina went above and beyond to make sure we got that deposit back. I felt so save with on it. That at no point was I worried about it. She handled it so well. I never felt the need to stress over it.Again, if you are looking to sell. It wont hurt you to give them a try.

Great companies are built by people of great minds who can relate with what their clients go through and creating a business culture with it. After speaking with Matt Drahos today, I believe Myers has great opportunity because of leaders like him in the company. Its my hope that they continue to take their relationship with the clients as a key part of their business prospects and success because they already have a very good business structure to deliver good gains for a home seller like me, and I really do appreciate that. I will absolutely recommend Myers going forward and may they keep up the good work, thank you.

Rudy was extremely professional and expeditious. Every contact I had with anyone at the Myers team was very pleasant. From the first time I contacted them to the day we closed was about 4 weeks! Can’t beat that! And though they are investors they were very fair with their offer. I highly recommend Myers the Home Buyers to anyone!
