Communication was a breeze, the transaction went smoothly, and we broke multiple sales records in our neighborhood! We also used Laura to buy the home were in now.We bought in a competitive market, which can be stressful. We initially didnt get the house we wanted. Still, Laura learned of an off-market opportunity, two houses down with a similar floorplan, that was in the process of being listed, so she swooped in with some strategy, and the sellers verbally accepted our offer. Unfortunately, they got cold feet about where they would go and never signed the contract. The news was heartbreaking, but it worked out because the house we originally wanted hit the market again. The buyers financing fell through. Laura moved quickly to build rapport with the listing agent and negotiated a great deal for us before they could relist!After doing such a great job of selling our starter home, we knew we could count on her to buy our dream home in a tough market, and she delivered!
