Vonda did an amazing job assisting us with the purchase of our home. She sold our previous home a couple of years ago and did a great job as well so of course wanted her to be our realtor again. She did an outstanding job again finding our dream home. She is very responsive, friendly, and eager to help at any time and was available to meet to look at numerous homes. Was such a great experience with her leading the process from start to finish. She was so wonderful to work with again and would recommend to anyone!!

Vonda is an amazing realtor! We have no reservations recommending her to others. Not only did she help us sell a house, she was also fantastic in helping us find a house. She was very straightforward with recommendations as to how we can could make our house more marketable and she was able to coordinate so much of that on our behalf! Vonda was beyond fantastic. My then-fiance (now husband) and I were casually looking around to buy our first house and Vonda was extremely responsive, knowledgeable about the market, and very patient in explaining everything to us. The house we eventually closed on just came on the market and we were the first to see it (less than 24 hours after it posted) and the day after that we gave the first offer. I believe Vonda’s understanding of what we were looking for, responsiveness, and conscientiousness, were key in closing on our house. I liked to read the entire contract very carefully before we submitted our offer and Vonda very kindly went through it with us over the phone on a weekend night to make us comfortable with contract terms and so we knew exactly what we were signing up for. The house we were buying had several repairs needed and she was a great advocate for us in negotiating and also providing contacts for various specialists (engineers, plumber, electrician, etc). At no point did we ever felt pressured to go through with closing, and Vonda assured us if we wanted to back out we could, and we can look for another house. Thankfully everything worked out! We wholeheartedly recommend Vonda if you are in the market for a house, especially if it’s your first time to go through the house-buying process. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor. We moved from out of state and knew no one or anything really. Vonda dedicated an entire weekend to helping us find the perfect house. After showing us 10 plus houses. We went with the first one that she originally recommended. Should have listened to her, would have saved a weekend. But in all honesty she is a great realtor and a fantastic human being. She has also been a great source of referrals as well. Would recommend over and over again to anyone. Thanks Vonda.

Vonda is an amazing realtor and provided the best service I have ever encountered in real estate. She has every angle covered for your situation and will assist every step of the way. I had to sell my house quickly as I was relocating out of state in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic due for a new job (she sold my house in less than 2 weeks !!!) I did as much work as possible, then she stepped in with multiple resources to get everything completed for me while I focused on my new transition. She was extremely cost effective and a time saver. The real estate transaction was stress free even closing from a remote state. She truly stands behind her passion of helping people and I highly recommend her. I cant say enough good things about Ms Vonda. She helped me sell my lot here in G.P. and I thought it might be a long wait time, but after posting it, it started a whirlwind response and Vonda helped with fielding responses and let me know detail information at all times. Thanks to Vondas expertise, she helped raise my asking price to a price that was quite surprising and overall unimaginable for what I was expected. At the end she held my hand in the final days processing with some phone tagging I had to do to get thru some small obstacles. But she was there the whole time, with a friendly voice and knowledgeable presences. She helped immensely! Thank you. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a realtor, Vonda Bailey should be your first call. Vonda is by far the best realtor I have worked with and I have been in the industry for over 20 years, I have contact with many realtors, but have always and will always refer Vonda Bailey with My home Real Estate for buying or selling a property. I have personally worked on transactions with her multiple times, all successfully closed/funded. She takes the time to truly understand the needs of her client, her communication is top tier, and she is willing to work around schedules to get the job done quickly, which is key when trying to get contracts on a property. When my clients, family, friends or loan officers I work with ask for an agent referral, it is Vonda Bailey.
