With the outstanding support and guidance from Gary Bisha at My Castle Realty, we just closed on the sale of our home in Cedar Park, Texas. We have NEVER had such responsiveness as was provided to us by Gary. We went through a couple of difficult situations with some challenging buyers and Gary was always available with guidance via text, phone and email, even on weekends and evenings. We could not have made it through the process without Gary, as he was a tremendous resource. By listing with Gary and FSBO, and then utilizing Gary with the transaction assistance package, we sold our home at full list price, saved $12k in commissions, and were represented very well from beginning to end of the real estate process. Gary even called right after closing to thank and congratulate us. We decided to sell our home through “For Sale By Owner” and were assigned My Castle Realty as the broker for the MLS listing. This was our first time selling a home without a full service selling realtor and we had multiple offers and stumbles along the way. Gary Bisha was a tremendous resource to help us through the process. He was available evenings and weekends to answer our questions, help us price our home, coach us with negotiations and reach out to the buyers’ real estate agents. We successfully sold our home and saved thousands of dollars in real estate commissions.If you are interested in taking an active role in selling your home, I would strongly recommend taking the transaction assistance package. Most of us sell homes only a few times in our lives and we are not always familiar with the local real estate technicalities. Having someone you trust to assist you through the process was well worth the small amount of additional cost.We had a great experience with My Castle Reality and would strongly recommend them for either full service or flat fee real estate services.

I want to thank Christina Bisha of my Castle Realty for the amazing job that she did in guiding me in the process of buying my first investment house. she explained to me, step by step, what is involved going into this endeavor. So, now I have purchased a beautiful home that my tenant is very happy with. Christina was so patient showing me different prospect houses until I decided with her and her husband advice in the one that is working out so well for me. I have shared this new experience with members of my family and coworkers that now it has become contagious and they want to get involved. I expect to be buying more houses in the near future and of course Christina Bisha is going to be my real estate agent. There was not a single instance where I felt that she was not on top of the details. She was extremely diligent and tireless in her follow up with all parties to the transaction, never needing prompting from me. Her communication skills are exceptional.
