Sylvia was an awesome partner to work with when selling a home! Even though the selling situation and negotiations were stressful to me personally, Sylvia remained calm and compassionately advised me each step of the way.Sylvia also went out of her way to do an off-site closing when there was an unexpected delay with the buyers financing. She drove over an hour away to meet me at a church camp where I was volunteering, brought the closing paperwork, and worked with a mobile notary so we could meet the deadline. She was always cheerful and encouraging and I highly recommend her and her team!

Once we returned to San Marcos she was able to take us to various showings. Loved her personality and the time she took and was always available if we had question. Before selling my property I was nervous, I heard horror stories of realtors wanting quick sales. Pushing lower than reasonable prices to their clients, realtors that didnt have the sellers best intrest at heart. After meeting and working with Sylvia she turned my entire outlook around, she went above and beyond to make the sale happen on time for a price I was comfortable with. She stated she would post my house for as long as it take as long as I was happy with the outcome. Sylvia is someone who cares about her clients and will do everything in her power to ensure their happiness. I will recommend Sylvia to everyone I know.

As first-time homebuyers who were moving from out of state, Sylvia and her team went above and beyond for us from day one. After an initial Zoom meeting, in which Sylvia explained the homebuying process to us in detail, we could tell that we were in good hands.Some of the things that really made this experience smooth for us:1. The team listened to our home wishlist and created a detailed itinerary (with personalized booklets inclusive of several pages of information on each potential house) based on our desires. We were able to view 20+ homes in the first three days of our visit to Texas!2. Sylvia was exceptionally helpful in preparing competitive offers - an absolute must in this market. However, this was also balanced by a genuine desire to make sure we were comfortable with what we were offering. The end result? One of our first offers was accepted - just three days into our search.3. Sylvia and the team were highly communicative throughout the closing process.
