In my opinion, you couldn’t find a better realtor than Ray. Ray is knowledgeable, resourceful, and responsive. Ray was able to get our home listed and secure and asking price offer within 3 days; even after we had unsuccessfully tried to rent the house out with a property management company. He was always there for me during the course of the selling process, even when we had to terminate the first offer at the 11th hour, and was able to secure another offer within three days. Seriously. I recently worked with Mungia Real Estate to sell my home in Austin Texas. Going in, I knew I needed an agent to sell my home quickly and for top dollar, and to make it even more challenging, it was all happening during the Covid19 epidemic. Ray gave me confidence he would give it 100% to get it sold. Ray was able to sell my home for asking price in 2 days, and since we had already moved out of state, he was MORE than helpful coordinating and making sure the house was always ready to show and deal with all the inspections etc. on a moments notice. Ray is a wonderful person and Excellent Real Estate Agent, I would recommend him to anyone who needs a Real Estate Agent that will give you 110%!!!

Additionally, I moved out of state prior to the sale being finalized and he helped me with a few loose ends I had leftover, to guarantee that the unit was ready for the new owner.
