Kim and Carissa did a marvelous job selling our uniquely situated undeveloped lot. Unlike most home building lots ours is heavily wooded and odd shaped. It required an explanation of how to creatively design a house to maintain the wooded landscape and privacy. I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking a team to represent your property. Very professional and extremely hard working with great attention to every detail! Consider them All Stars!!!!

We have known Kim and Carissa for over 20 years and when it came time to sell our home, they were the first, and only, realtors we considered. Kim and Carissa are ethical, knowledgeable and great communicators. From our first meeting to closing, they kept us informed and guided us with expert and researched knowledge of the market and the best approach to pricing and marketing our property. They were always available for open houses and gave us advanced notice of showings, which was very helpful and appreciated. Once we received the sale offer, they helped navigate the option period and assisted us in locating vendors for requested repair items, and negotiated other contract terms - which was a huge relief to us. I am so pleased with Kim Mullins and Carissa Buchanan’s knowledge and professionalism that I decided to write a review, something I’ve never done before now. The short story is that in just Five days time, my sister was able to see a large variety of homes, make an offer and start escrow. The longer version isn’t much longer… I informed my sister two days before I flew out to see her that I’m coming to look at homes with her, we saw Kim and Carissa on a Wednesday and Thursday as they showed us 19 homes, Friday we took some for additional research and Kim and Carissa set up my sister with the lender. Saturday we made the offer, and Sunday the offer was excepted. The only way this could’ve happened is by the receptiveness and willingness for them to help meet our goals. What’s more…they always greeted us with smiles, answered our many questions, made suggestions to understand the value of the home by looking at value per square footage of similar homes, showed us the recreation centers so we could understand what the homeowners dues were all about, had samples of monthly utility bills to expect for setting up a budget, knew what the property taxes and insurance would be like, and met us with the speed with which we wanted to complete this task. My sister had never bought a home before, and she couldn’t have picked a more knowledgeable team. I am so pleased to recommend Kim and Carissa as top real estate agents.
