They are, by far, the most knowledgeable and professional real estate company in town.My husband and I contacted Mountain View Properties on a Tuesday and left a message with the receptionist requesting more information on the process to put our home on the market. That afternoon, we received a call from Ginger and set up an appointment to meet at our home the very next afternoon.Ginger showed up on time and well prepared. We ended up listing our home through her that same day, and by that evening, she was already showing our home to a family. By Thursday, we had an offer on our home and on Friday signed the contract! A month later, we closed on our house. The process couldnt have gone any smoother.My husband and I have also rented from Mountain View and have had the same positive experience with them as renters!Hands down, this is the company you want to use if you are thinking about buying/selling/renting in Alpine, TX!

After scheduling an appointment for “as early as possible” on the following morning, I made the early morning drive from El Paso to Alpine as quickly as possible.A tour of the home was all I needed and we were back in his office within the hour to complete the Offer Letter to the homeowner.
