We spoke with a couple of agents before Mike. We really enjoyed working with Mike Roberts. He was patient and kind while he showed us a lot of homes trying to find the best one for us. Then he negotiated a great deal for us and got us some down payment assistance as first time home buyers. It was all around a great experience. He was willing to be aggressive and listed 30% higher than other realtors were willing to do. And he even got us locked in over asking price!
