Kyler is an amazing realtor! As first time home buyers, my husband and I were very nervous and didnt know much about the process. Kyler patiently explained things every step of the way and addressed all of our questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and has contacts for anything you need done as a buyer. Kyler went above and beyond to find the right home for us. He even did a virtual tour when we were out of town and jumped into a tub for us so we could see how big it was! Kyler always had a positive attitude and was great to work with. He would give us information to make decisions and would give his professional advice when asked. Kyler is very personable and made the whole experience comfortable. He even checked in after closing to see how things were going. I am very grateful for our experience with Kyler and would use him again as a realtor if needed. I would definitely recommend Kyler if youre looking at buying it selling! You wont be disappointed!!!

The service that Kyler provided was a tremendous help. He removed most of the leg work for my husband and I. He made it clear that he cared about our specific situation in a friendly and compassionate manner. The process from beginning to end was so quick and easy. I would recommend Kyler to anyone seeking to rent or buy. He really went out of his way to help us and checked back in with us to make sure things were going smoothly. Amazing realtor!! As a first time homebuyer he made the process as stress free as humanly possible. He is very knowledgeable and has great contacts (that are very professional and thorough) for anything you might need done as a buyer. He has an answer for any questions you have and if he doesn’t know he gets back to you with an answer quickly.I always dreaded buying a house because of the trouble my parents and sisters have gone through. I wish they had Kyler to help!I suggest Kyler to friends and family. I will use Kyler again if the need ever arises. For now, he has found me my forever home and am very happy.

Just an example of the lengths Kyler will go to show you a house; he once jumped over a fence when Austin was experiencing a crazy thunderstorm to get to where we were, due to a GPS malfunction. The search for a new home can be disappointing, but with Kyler as your realtor, you can feel confident that you will end up with more than you dreamed of.

In all my years of living in Central Texas I have yet to come across anyone who works as hard for their clients as Kyler. We searched high and low in San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, and Wimberley to find the right agent with the industry knowledge, drive, and experience to maximize our return when selling our house. We found that agent in Kyler. His communication, information, and negotiation skills allowed us to fully capitalize on a Wild West market and realize a greater return than we ever thought possible on our home. Kyler is THE realtor that gets it done. My dads house was in absolute shambles. I’m talking condemnable. After my dad had a stroke, he couldn’t live there with a wheelchair and get the rehab he needed. Kyler was very upfront with me about the state of the structure of the home being a liability on the price we could sell it for. However, the property is a 5 minute walk from private HOA access to the Blanco River in a quite neighborhood in a quickly growing small town. I was terrified that trying to sell the place would result losing the house without making enough to pay off what was still owed, but Kyler is magic. My dad did always say there’s a million different flavors of ice cream because there’s a million different tastes. Kyler helped my family close a cash offer that completely payed off what was owed and if I’m not mistaken a little more, and he did it in only 3 months from me messaging him to the house being officially in the new owners name. I’m posting this review because if you follow Kyler’s social media, you’ll see a lot of fancy hill county homes, but this man can sell ANY home he puts his mind to, and he’ll do it with efficiency, honesty and integrity.EDIT ONE YEAR LATERCherry on top, over a year after this initial review, I needed help getting ahold of the original house price, what it was sold for, and it’s value at when sold because my dad was WAY behind on his taxes, and we needed the info for H&R Block. Within 24 hours of asking, Kyle had ALL the info I needed, with a link to additional recourses just in case. I can safely say that when I’m ready to buy a house/land of my own, if I want to stay in the hill county I’m going straight to Kyler. If you’re on the fence about realtors, I can promise that you’re not going to regret working with Kyler.

Making sure you’re getting the best deal, the best rates, and someone honest enough to look our for your best interests makes that process all the less intimidating. Kyler helped through the entire process, had patience when our hearts weren’t set on “the perfect one” , and kept in touch even after everything was said and done. You cannot find a better realtor. Kyler had my home under contract in DAYS and he handled every aspect of the sale. He even drove an hr. out to meet the photographer so I didnt have to have a stranger in my home without him there to do introductions. I was a very stressed seller and when I say he handled everything with patience, confidence, and grace I mean it. I never had to worry or feel alone because he had my back. His suggestions got me 15k more than asking price. I cannot thank him enough for making what could have been a very scary experience into the best one possible. I definitely moved forward and up because of him and his dedication to his clients.

I worked with Kyler on purchasing a 2nd home in Wimberley. I have been a Realtor in Austin for 30 years and I was very impressed with this young man. His communication skills are top notch. He touched base with me every few days until the closing making sure the transaction was going smoothly and has even called a few times after the closing! He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and is an incredible resource for all things Wimberley!!! He gave me great contacts for everything from septic inspectors, plumbers, electricians to insurance agents. He had done his homework prior to listing the property and had all the information readily available that a buyer would need, such as survey, plat maps, flood maps, Homeowners Association contacts with their phone numbers and email addresses and all utility companies information. He did a great job and I highly recommend him.
