She was knowledgeable of all of the steps we needed to qualify for , did not push us to look outside of our budget, and most importantly listened to us on exactly the types of neighborhoods we were looking for.Even after we bought our home Camille has checked in with us, helped with our Homestead filing information, and been there whenever we have had questions as home owners. Working with Camille at Motif Boutique Brokerage was amazing. I have purchased several homes over the years, and this was, by far, the easiest experience Ive had in home buying. I recently relocated from the West Coast and wanted to live in a historic neighborhood but found that many realtors were hesitant to work with a VA buyer because of lender repairs. Camille found me a great home and help me navigate the VA process. In addition, she has referred me to great contractors and even introduced me to friends and neighbors. She also introduced me to Jose at Prime Lending, and having the right lender, especially for a VA loan in a historic neighborhood, is critical.

How often do you get to say that you bonded with your real estate agent over your pet chickens? Working with Camille and the team at Motif was a calm experience. Honestly, I expected there to be huge headaches with selling my home, but Motif made it easy and they had contacts ready in case any work or cleaning was needed on the house. I loved my home so much and I think Motif recognized that, which I appreciate so much.Communications was easy and consistent--I never felt bad coming to them with questions because they were always well-received. After my search, Camille and Monica have helped me with closing, inspections and maintenance issues. Recently, I needed Camilles help in getting my home warranty company to replace my water heater. After weeks of trying to get this done on my own, Camille put me in contact with her local contact with the warranty company and got the ball rolling faster than I could have ever done on my own.
