I have sold several houses over the past 10 years, but one realtor I have used stands out as professional when compared with the other branded real estate firms.I recently sold my house through Moore Real Estate, and I cant say enough good things about DeeAnn Moore and her team. From the very start, they were exceptional. They helped stage the house, arranged professional photography, wrote up all the marketing materials, and produced exceptional collateral flyers highlighting the property which led to multiple offers within just two weeks of listing—both offers were at or above the asking price!After accepting an offer, the buyer became demanding, making unusual requests such as a tree allowance, wanting to store things in the garage before closing, and a host of other demands. DeeAnn and her team handled everything behind the scenes, pushing back on the unreasonable demands while addressing the reasonable ones. I was amazed at how they always had my back, ensuring I wasnt overwhelmed with details and a nervous wreck about selling my house.Moore Real Estate is hands down one of the most collaborative, professional, and easy-to-work-with real estate firms Ive ever dealt with - top to bottom.
