I really luv coming to Modern City Properties. The owner is personable and lots on fun. If there is a party that night, she will always invite you and try to make sure you are having an amazing time. They make a variety of items for breakfast that they put out each morning but the conversation with the others staying in the house is usually interesting, especially at the community breakfast table. The other functions are usually a blast as well. We have been a few times now and we will be back!!!

Lisa did a great job helping us with our first Houston house purchase last year. She understood what we were looking for and moved really quickly to show us a number of different properties to help us refine our search. With her help we worked out exactly what we were after and where, and then were able to very quickly find the right house for us. Lisa was there throughout the whole process with her invaluable advice and experience and she helped make sure we got a great deal and a stress free house purchase. She is a great realtor who is very experienced in the Houston market and genuinely cares about her customers.

Lisa is awesome! We always use Lisa as our Realtor! Her expertise in real estate has helped us to buy and/or sell several properties in the past 15 years and we have never been disappointed! She gives honest advice (even when it may not be what you want to hear), is knowledgeable about the local area, and is always available when I need something. She also follows through to make sure everything gets done that needs to for closing. She has been a great resource for referring me to professionals related to real estate transactions too. For example, I call Lisa when I need to know a good lender, electrician or even an emergency plumber! She is also friendly and has unbelievable energy! This woman puts the Energizer Bunny to shame!
