Truly felt lucky to have Modern Charm Realty at my side when making such a big decision in my life. Realtor Chris Davidson was great. A true professional, understood this decision was a big step for me and never rushed or pressured me in any way. Knowledgeable and very intelligent you can tell he has a great grasp of the market.
