We could not be more pleased with our experience buying our home with Mindy Thomas. My husband and I are empty nesters and wanted to move to the hill country. We did not know any realtors in the area. We spoke with a few while out looking at properties and were not impressed. I got on the internet and searched reviews. That is where I found Mindy. I liked what her clients had to say and saw that she had multiple repeat clients. She is not with a big company which I also really like. Mindy is sharp, personable always extremely thorough. She really knows her stuff. In this crazy market you have to have the best realtor if you want to get a house that multiple people want. An extra bonus is her husband Jimmy that assists her. He is a book of knowledge about homes and the areas we were interested in and we loved his input and just getting to know him. We will be moving to our new home in a few weeks and could not be happier with our buying experience. If you need a realtor Mindy Thomas is the best around!

Mindy’s knowledge, professionalism, and negotiating skills were key in both transactions. The purchase of our newest home was an extremely difficult and long process as we were purchasing from a real estate company as opposed to a traditional seller. It was only because of Mindy and her skilled team that we were able to get the transaction closed and move into our new home.
