Mindy helped my family find a home at the worst possible time in the market for buyers (2021). There were bidding wars, houses going off the market like hot cakes, and it was a nightmare. She helped us secure a new build with a big backyard (yard was #1 on our list). Enter the next nightmare phase. We were living out of suitcases bouncing from airbnb waiting for our home to be done. Mindy kept checking in with us AND the builder for an ETA to help ease our minds. Anytime I was freaking out....she was there! When I had VA loan questions she knew it better than any realtor Ive worked with. Overall great experience to work with her in a horrible market. She made having a home and finally resting our heads a reality back in our home state. Thanks mindy!
