Thank you Mina for going over and above to get my home sold. We were able to sell it for more than we thought we would get. Mina fought for us during the closing process and kept us informed. Worked with the title company to get everything resolved and patiently put up with me texting every day asking why the horrible lender the buyers used couldnt get their job done.

Mina is amazing. My wife and I had a tight timeline, were moving from another state, and we had a tough list of must haves. Not only was Mina able to help find several houses that met our match, she was patient and thorough with all of our questions.Buying a house is one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive transaction well do in our lifetime. Mina understands this and treats each purchase with the care and respect it deserves. Mina helped me sell my home in December 2021. I knew she was the Realtor for me because of her professionalism, attention to detail, amazing work ethic, and how fast she can get things going! I had asked her for advice about making some upgrades to my home before putting it on the market. I took her advice and made all the upgrades and changes, and once my home went on the market, I had received many high dollar offers! Mina was quick to communicate with me in this crazy sellers market. Mina made the process of selling my home so easy and it went without any hiccups! I will say that it helped that I did exactly as she said because she is the professional in this field, and she is always spot on with different scenarios that could happen! Mina is not only an amazing Realtor, but she is also a good friend of mine, and I cant recommend her enough! After dealing with many realtors over the years, Mina was such a breath of fresh air! She is direct, fair, honest, smart, up-to-date, and ethical which we greatly value in all of our real estate buying and selling. She helped us navigate a rough patch in the market as buyers, even standing by us when we stopped a potential home purchase-with less than a week to close-due to some dirty dealings by the other realtor. We took a few weeks to reset and head back into the home purchase arena...and she was ready and waiting for us to pick back up and resume the search. She fought for us and made good, sound suggestions along the way without forcing us in any way. She really does want to get families into the right home, for the right price, and provides the best guidance. As a military veteran family, she helped us to find a great mortgage broker that really understood the VA loan process. She has so many contacts throughout the San Antonio and Hill Country area, she is a gold mine of resources too. I have been trying to find the perfect words for just how wonderful Mina is as a “life changing” realtor and a beautiful person that she truly is. I had no idea it was possible for us to get a pre approval in today’s market but we did. I had no clue we could get through the underwriting process but we did it. We close in a few days and I just can’t believe it! Mina went ABOVE AND BEYOND to show us the beautiful homes in San Antonio we would be able to possibly get. She was patient, had a lot of helpful information to provide, advised us on what to expect and reassured me when I just wanted to give up. Normally people get home from a day’s hard work and no longer work but she stayed on the phone with me way passed supper time and for hours to go over different homes we were interested in to see if they would be a good fit. We found a BEAUTIFUL HOME and she literally changed our lives! We will be celebrating Christmas in our new home by a tree, music playing in a home WE OWN, no longer making the apartment complex richer. Mina has helped us through the purchase of two homes. She was always providing updates and worked closely with our lender. The second home was a new build and she was coordinating everything between the builder and our lender. This was very helpful as there were delays with the builder and she kept everyone in the loop. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and helped us identify the homes that best met our needs. When we were unable to be at the homes at certain times, she went in our place and handled everything on our behalf. She is easy to reach and very responsive. We will use her again and would recommend her to friends and family.
