Mimi Burch was excellent to work with as an agent. In the first meeting, she explained all the new laws concerning agents and the steps we would take to where we could understand them. She let us know when our house was shown and what the comments were. When we had to hire someone to work on the house, she went above and beyond to find that person and make arrangements. I could write a trilogy describing Mimi’s capabilities, professionalism and responsiveness. Mimi is a veteran in the industry and does whatever needs to be done to finish the job on time. During our home buying process, we were out of town buyers with an extremely tight deadline. Mimi went above and beyond a normal realtor’s role. She took charge and guided the lender, title and seller to the finish line. We told her we had no other options but to close on our listed close date. Despite unforeseen obstacles from the lender and title. We were able to get the job done. Most realtors probably claim to be closers, but I’m here to tell you that if there is a possibility of getting the job done, Mimi will make it happen.
