When it came time to downsize and relocate to a smaller home, I needed to find a realtor that I was comfortable with. After interviewing several, I was introduced to Mike. He rose to the top immediately. He made sure I understood everything every step of the way in selling my home and purchasing a new home. During the sale of my home I was faced with some difficult situations. Mike helped me remain positive and did everything he could to help me find answers and solutions to my situation. I could never say enough positive things about working with Mike! My husband and I have moved several times, so we know the difference a good realtor can make. Hands down, Mike is the best realtor we have ever worked with. We recently moved across the country and weren’t able to see the houses in person. I was very nervous about virtual house hunting, but Mike was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Incredibly thorough, very knowledgeable, and willing to explain the entire process expertly and patiently. He went above and beyond the duties of a realtor to help us and make our transition seamless. And as a bonus, he and his wife are two of the kindest people I’ve ever had the fortune to meet.We are moving again and did not hesitate to call Mike to sell our home for us. Whether buying or selling a home Mike Rowe would be the person I would call. We met Mike several years before we decided to sell our home. At that meeting we knew he would be the only Realtor we would call when we were ready to sell. Mike did not disappoint, he sold our home Dec 2021. When you work with Mike Rowe you get a caring professional, he is always there to answer all questions, provide you with the right info so you can make the right decision for your situation. Simply the best! Mike was amazing! My job was having me relocate back home so we had to sell quickly. Mike knew the market trends in our area and how we could sell for a smooth transition back to our home state. Our house had a full price offer in 24 hours. Mike gets the right people in place to get the job done. Mike has knowledge, integrity, and does everything he can to make a stressful situation run as smooth as possible. I wouldn’t trust any one else in the area other then Rowe Real Estate.

Oh my goodness I knew our dear friend Mike Rowe was a realtor and have talked to him many times about his work and heard his expertise in this field but what I didnt know until we hired him just how great he really is at his job!!! He sold our home in 3 days! He gave such expert loving peaceful advice to help us prepare our home to be seen and every thing he said worked to perfection!! Here is just a few things we could count on with Mike: Trustworthy- kind- knowledgeable- hard working- expert in so many ways- always available- legal minded and would never steered us wrong or put us or himself in jeopardy- works great with other realtors- seriously always looking out for our best interest- answered our questions and always giving us peace along the way - has great contacts for any work that needed to be done and just an overall great guy who makes you feel like you are his only client when we know that wasnt so because he goes all in for everyone. We won the realtor lottery when we decided to work with Mike. He is professional, always prepared and takes the time to educate regarding anything and everything home-buying. He offers useful advice and consult when needed, always supported through both hard data and his experience (we loved this as first time homebuyers). Most importantly, he LISTENS and is on top of everything, which makes the entire process EASY. I can also personally attest to the fact that his work does not stop after the close date. We’ve leveraged Mike on several matters since our close date and he has always promptly delivered.Mike exceeded our expectations at every step of the way and I would highly recommend him if you are in the market to buy or sell!

I rarely write reviews. But I couldnt wait to write this one. Generally speaking, five stars across all categories should be very rare. When I rate it is anyway. That said, this is one of the rare people that deserves every last star and more.We were relocating from Raleigh, NC to Fort Worth, TX and had a limited window to purchase a house. From day one until closing (nearly 3 months), we felt like we were Mikes only client. Every text was answered within minutes (if not seconds). We would scour the internet for listings while in North Carolina and send him ones we were interested in. We probably sent him a 120 listings. He would immediately jump in the car and go see every one we really liked. He used the Marco Polo app to really help us get a feel for the house, which was tremendously helpful.He must have gone and seen at least 80 houses for us. And we probably changed our criteria and budget 10 times during the process of buying. We made offers on four different houses, and pulled out of three. Never ONCE was he even remotely impatient with us. Never once did we feel forced or pressured into buying a house. Never once did he make us feel like he was so ready to just close a deal. When it came time to negotiate we were so glad he was on our team. We always felt like he had our backs and when we were ready to settle, he wasnt and would continue to fight to get us the best deal. Several times he even negotiated things in our favor that we didnt even know about until after the fact.I could go on. And on. But you get it. Mike is the best realtor I have ever worked with, hands down.I HIGHLY recommend him. You will not be disappointed.
