For the better part of 2024, Mike helped my husband and me search around the area for a house to buy. He always made great efforts to make his schedule work with ours and either had the answer to all of our questions or would let us know he would get back to us quickly with the answer, which he did. It was incredibly helpful that he grew up in Longview as it gives him a lot of knowledge from both past and present to aid in your decision to purchase a particular home in an area or not. He is easy going and never makes you feel pressured into making a decision, but rather always makes you feel like he is on your side. We closed on our house about 6 weeks ago and I would recommend Mikes services without hesitation to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.

Ive dealt with a number of agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers. This guy is on top of his stuff. He follows up regularly without being asked and even brought up some things for me to consider during our last purchase. If youre looking for a good complete agent that will work for you, this is your guy. Hes not working for the highest commission, hes working for whats best for you. That is rare when it comes to real estate agents.

Mike worked with us showing various houses up to an hour and a half away. It took a while to find the right house but Mike was very consistent in finding us different potential homes to look at and in the end found us the perfect home. He was always supper professional and I would definitely recommend his services in finding your home!

We used Mike both for buying and selling our home. I can’t say enough good things about Mike. Mike takes the time to go over everything with you (contracts, disclosures, etc.) to make sure you understand. He has your best interest in mind and he is someone you want in your corner. He treats your like family. He even came and sat with our dogs when we were out of town so potential buyers could look at our home. Mike is not only a great professional, but an even better person. The world is a little brighter with people like Mike Johnson around. 10/10 would recommend Mike.

Mike help me and my significant other find the perfect home! He was always available and quick at responding to any same day viewings and working with our work schedule. He also became a good longtime friend, this journey was nothing but amazing in every aspect being 1st time homebuyers. Throughout the 4-5 month period looking for the perfect home he was available every minute he made each application process soo smooth with each and every document we signed. He never rushed us into buying, yet he allowed us all the time we needed and gave us every single factual detail that he could provide us with. If you’re buying a house in East Texas, go with Mike. Full stop. He is knowledgeable, friendly, genuine, flexible, and overall just a joy to work with.Everyone knows how complicated COVID has made life, but Mike went out of his way to accommodate us while we we searching remotely from several hours away.He made the process smooth, got back to us quickly, and helped to explain the process as we were first time buyers.I’ll say again, if you’re buying in East Texas, go with Mike.
