Let’s get started!I have some experience with Mike, as he helped me purchase my first home in 2018. I was very impressed by Mike when compared to other realtors that I was looking around for. It was clear to me back then that he has some experience with the market, and I liked the fact that he listened to my concerns. So, it was a no brainer when I chose him to help me sell my home. On August 11th my home went live. On the tenth day Friday August 21st, my home had its official contract.As a seller, I had a lot of questions. What offers should I expect during the seller’s market we are currently in?Mike understood my concerns and became familiar with my neighborhood.
