Miguel is definitely your guy! As a 1st time homebuyer it was definitely a nerve-wracking process to initially get into. From the 1st time I contacted and talked to Miguel I knew this was definitely gonna be the Realtor we work with. He explained the whole process and told me there was nothing to be worried about that I was in good hands and he definitely came through. He was on top of it the whole process, any questions I had he answered immediately or if he couldnt take a call he would text or return the call shortly after. We went and looked at houses with Miguel 2 days, after the 1st day there was some houses we liked none of them we loved. So we decided to have another round of looking at houses this time with the mindset that we would definitely find something we love. The houses we looked at was a similar story as the 1st time there was some we liked none we loved, Day 2 was beginning to look a lot like Day 1 just when we thought we would have to have another day to look at houses, Miguel suggested we look at 1 more house he had found in the surrounding area. We couldnt have found a better 1st house! We are so excited and blessed to have gotten a chance to work with Miguel and are looking forward to our future in our new home! Miguel is hands down the best realtor you can work with in DFW and any surrounding areas. As first time home buyers, we didn’t have much insight on what buying a home consisted of. He gave us all the knowledge we needed, since the first day we spoke with him. He was always available to answer any questions we had, even if he had already answered them beforehand, whether it was very early hours or very late hours. He went above and beyond to ensure we saw all the homes we wanted to see and would provide helpful feedback to ensure we were purchasing a home that was in great conditions and worth our money. Miguel also put us in contact with our current loan officer, who is awesome, which allowed us to see numbers for the homes we liked throughout the process. We found our home the night before we left on vacation and he was great in facilitating the process for us while we were out of the country. He was able to negotiate many aspects of the contract to benefit us. Up to this day, he still checks is in with us to make sure everything is going well. He is an individual we appreciate in our lives very much.

As any first time homebuyer, we had a lot of questions and needed advice. We spoke with a couple of realtors before Miguel, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. We were randomly paired with Miguel from a Zillow search and I was admittedly apprehensive to work with someone assigned that way. However, within the first twenty minutes of meeting him we knew he would be our guy. Miguel worked tirelessly with us to find us our dream home. He was able to accommodate our work and personal schedules and answered all of our many questions at all times of the day. As first time buyers, he was patient with us when explaining how the process works and truly went above and beyond in every step. Trying to buy a home in 2021 was not easy with the market - to the point where when friends asked where we were looking, we just gave up and said DFW instead of each city in it. That to say, Miguel showed us close to 70 homes all over DFW and had a smile on his face each time. He was honest in his feedback at each house, carefully pointing out details we may have missed as it was our first go around. I never thought we would be lucky enough to have a realtor who cared so much about finding us the right home, but Im glad we were randomly paired through Zillow. He has even followed up with us over a month after move in to see how we are doing, help refer us for quotes for projects, etc. Miguel is genuinely a great person and you can tell he is passionate about his job and cares about each client. 10/10 recommend and have to all of my friends who are looking to buy.
