Cathy has been nothing but amazing in my journey of house hunting. With me being stationed overseas, she has done an amazing job of always being a text message or phone call away when any questions came up. She worked extremely hard to find a house for me, even over the holiday break. She had no issues sacrificing time away from her family to ensure I was able to see any of the houses the viewed. She also did a great job of making sure the house was in good standing and keeping me on track of not settling for the first place I saw. When she says she sees you as family, she truly means it. I will recommend Cathy to anyone who is on a house hunting journey. Big thanks to her and her family for being understanding

Cathy was there for me during 2 big chapters in my life. The first time I ever bought a house and the first I ever sold a house. She is extremely helpful and supportive. The phrase, not all Realtors are created equal comes into play when describing Melissa. Shes definitely cut from a different cloth and that cloth is pure gold. Weve had experiences with Realtors in the past so we had an idea of what to expect and Melissa just threw that bar out the window and set a new one so high I dont think well ever use a different Realtor, unless she retires then well definitely have to go with one of her team Eric or Connie. Not only did she patiently see so many houses I lost count with us, every single house we saw we had all the available information the night before the showings. We were able to walk into every house knowledgeable about what was going on. She did extensive comparisons to make sure we didnt get ourselves into trouble come appraisal time and she took the time to explain every comp she did. Eric and Connie came through after work got busy for Christmas and were able to assist and meet us for showings after hours. There was no request too big for Melissa and her team. We actually enjoyed the home buying process something we thought impossible from previous experiences. 100/10 definitely recommend, stop searching and call Melissa, Eric and Connie at Middleton Group now!!

When I needed a home Laura was there, she listened to my needs list and my wants. She worked within my budget and went to bat for me when inspection report was less than favorable. In only ten days we whittled a long list of potential homes down to ten, and in only two days of visiting homes we found the one. 11 Years had passed and the time came for me to sell. I had no doubt about who to call! I got to see the transformation to an advocate who was determined to get me fair offers in a market dominated by sharks praying on sellers in the hopes to flip a house into a rental. If I had to buy or sell there’s no doubt in my mind if Laura or her partner Alex are on board I’m going to feel good about the deal arrived at.
