Michelle was absolutely phenomenal!!!! She went out of her way on more than one occasion to get our house sold. She crawled under the house to take pictures so that I didnt have to, she found ways to communicate with people that helped move the process along even when it seemed impossible to get answers on things she and I found a way to get it. She is amazing to work with and has great connections with people who can get your house in tip top shape to sell!!! She can calm situations down when things get tough and emotional and she truly cares about how her clients feel and helps them to understand the process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know and I have. She is honest, fair, and very hard working. If you need a realtor shes THE ONE YOU NEED!!! Our sell was not by any means an easy one to get to closing but she made it happen and I love her so much for it ❤️. Weeks after the sell we discovered that we left some small family heirlooms at the house on accident and she was able to go and get them back for us which was not an easy task!! Thats just a few of the big things that she went out of her way to do for us, so when I say she is undoubtedly the best realtor I absolutely mean that 100%. She even got me a closing gift as well and its absolutely beautiful!!! We couldnt have done this without you Michelle Pritchett thank you for everything!!!! ❤️ 💜 ♥️

I recently closed a transaction with Michelle, and it was a very complicated, and challenging file. Multiple situations arose throughout the transaction, but Michelle rose to the occasion, keeping her client calm and handling all issues like a professional. As a lender, I value a Realtor partner that I can communicate freely with, work together to find solutions. I can safely say that we would not have gotten to the closing table without her expertise. I highly recommend her and her group! 5 stars all around!

Recently had to sell my mothers house, the problem was that I live in the Houston area and the house was in Mabank. When I contacted Michelle, she was able to answer all of my questions regarding the sale. From the start to finish, Michelle was with us the entire time. Explained each step of selling the house and took pride in what she was doing. She went handled everything up to and including coming to the closing. I highly recommend Michelle as a realtor.

As a buyers agent, Michelle was awesome. She kept me informed and helped convince the sellers agent and the seller that my offer was valid, effectively making the deal happen. During the option period, she helped with the problems and even sent a roof contractor out to ensure it was good == resulting in the seller including a new roof at the same price.She made it so easy, that I actually took a vacation during the option period and she kept the deal moving forward.

I can’t say enough great things about Michelle. She was the sellers agent on a transaction where I was doing the loan for the buyer. She was so incredibly helpful from the start.
