As first time homebuyers, we had some nerves about the whole process. Michael was super easy to get into contact with initially, and remained extremely responsive the entire time. He kept us informed of negotiation strategy, and has a contact for just about anything you could need while closing (handyman, sprinkler repair, foundation repair, the list goes on). He was fun to work with and made what I understand to be one of the more stressful life experiences a breeze. When were in the market for our next home, we will 100% be reaching out to Michael again!
