I was recently tasked with settling my father’s estate which included selling a rental home. I was referred to Mirna Fewell by the previous tenants of the home who raved about her professionalism and enthusiasm in supporting them in their recent purchase of a home. I feared the process would be complicated by the fact that I live across the country and would be trying to handle most of the business remotely. This was not an issue. Mirna was exceptional every step of the way, from the initial consultation and promoting the home to negotiations with the buyer. Throughout the entire process, there was not one moment that I questioned her sound advice and expertise; always pleasant, always immediately responsive, always professional. I’m a retired hospital administrator with an affinity for organization and very high performance standards. Mirna exceeded all of those expectations and I offer my highest praise and recommendation for her work.
