Lee is absolutely amazing! I was looking for a house for my parents who are senior citizens and it was a lot for me to handle. My parents reached out to Lee and he was amazing from the very beginning. Not only was he patient with their many requests, but when my parents finally decided on a house, he also negotiated all the house repairs and got the seller to provide funds for other house repairs as well. He made the whole process much easier and was always in communication with us. Hands down the easiest house buying process!Thank you Lee!!

Wow! Lee Alvarez is the best realtor we have ever worked with having experienced 10 previous home purchase/ sale transactions over many decades. I have never met even a friend, much less realtor, so willing to jump in and get his hands dirty. Lee coordinated cost efficient contractors and workers to do all kinds of things to get the house ready, including painting, plumbing, foundation repairs, landscaping & lawn maintenance, etc.Lee put on his gloves and personally helped us move boxes to storage, pressure wash and even paint the metal lamp post in the front yard and front door. My wife who was very engaged in the process says that we could not have accomplished this without him.On top of all that, Lee is very kindhearted, respectful, easy to work with, a man of integrity and very knowledgeable about and active in the Irving market. He is one of those people you want to succeed. We highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the Irving or surrounding market area…what a pleasure to work with!

Lee is the ideal realtor and I cannot express how grateful and appreciative I am for the guidance, experience, and knowledge he displayed with my mother, as she sold her home. Selling a home can be an intimidating experience, yet through his skills he made the experience efficient, transparent, and even pleasurable. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and that was apparent through every interaction with him. He is amicable and this makes him easy to talk to and very relatable. He is truly authentic and advocated in my mothers best interests, giving industry advice and communicating it in a manner that allowed her to feel she was valued and always part of the process. Lee is a great person to work with! If you are looking for someone to assist you with selling your home he is the person to call. He was referred to me and at first I wasn’t quite sure if he was the person for me. But after the first meeting he made me feel comfortable about the process. I received weekly reports on the status of the house. And at the end, he became by best friend. I can’t thank him enough for his assistance and all the help he provided with the house. He placed the house on the market on a Friday, and on Sunday he called saying we had an offer!!! I thought that was amazing. Thanks to Lee this was an easy process. Lee was great to work with. We were getting Grandpas house ready to sell. My wife and I had paint and flooring picked out. When we met Lee, he threw some color, carpet and flooring ideas at us. We decided to go with his ideas. As we were short on time to work on the house, we could not get the flooring and carpet installed as soon as we needed it. Lee stepped in and called some contractors he knew on a Saturday. The flooring was installed on Monday and the carpet was installed on Tuesday, both at really good prices. When the house was done, it looked awesome and Lee got it sold in a matter of 6 days at a great price.Thanks Lee for all the help and a great experience selling a home!

Lee was able to guide me through my first home buying process. He was always available to answer all my questions and was able to schedule to view homes, despite COVID. He was very patient, we went through a lot of houses. He was knowledgeable about the area and different aspects of the house that need to be improved.When we finally found the home of my dreams he was able to make our offer stand out. By offering to pay $1500 above the appraised value, if it was to be below the offer we made (this would of been coming out of his commission!!).I am so happy I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to buy a home and want to process to be go as smoothly as could be.
