Thank you so much Patrick Pilapil from Mesquite Homes for building my beautiful front and back porch. Our home burned down in the Panhandle fires, one of the things I missed was sitting on the porch with family and friends. Once we had a new home, i wanted the porches. Patrick Pilapil stepped up - provided me with drawings of what I wanted and provided estimates and was so very fast to get those items to me. His prices were very reasonable. Once a date was set, he was there getting work done, every night the crew made sure the work area was clean. I am so impressed with my porches - I know they will withstand the wind in the Panhandle and time. The quality of work, materials and final product are top notch. I would highly recommend Patrick Pilapil for any remodel, building a home - and he does what he says he will do and in the time that he says it will get done. That is rare now-a-days. I look forward to working with him on some other items that we need done. You really need to contact him for any remodel or building your dream home. I would give him a 10/10. You willl not be disappointed and you will love his work.
