I have rented my entire life. I decided it was time for me to own a home. The experience that I had with Mellohome was great. I worked with three people. Heath Dahlgren, my loan officer, Kelly Woods, Home Service Concierge and Christina Sidden, my Real Estate Agent. Everyone was super helpful. Everyone went out of their way to answer the phone and answer my questions, no matter how trivial they were. There was no condescension; that is why I felt empowered to sign a loan and buy a house. That happened on the 19th of February, for that I will always be grateful to the people who helped me on my home buying journey. Before I post this I must give Christina Sidden more credit. She dealt with me one on one and had no problem showing me a plethora of homes. Thank you for your patience.

I was planning to purchase a house, and I was a bit confused about where to start. I got a recommendation from a friend to use Mellow Home Realtor. Marla reached out to me and gave me very good advice. She recommended that I work with Noah. Both of them were very friendly, easy to talk to, and guided me through all the processes that needed to be done. They helped me understand what I needed to do before purchasing, and they assisted me in finding the right fit for me. The communication I had with them was easy and helpful; they answered all my questions in a timely manner and provided excellent advice. What’s going to be the next step? I encourage anyone looking to buy a house or a condo to use Mellow Home Realtor. Im so excited to have worked with them; they are very friendly and nice!I forgot to mention Realtor Kylie, who is one of the most precious people working for Mellow Home Realtor. I was referred to Mellowhome through my LoanDepot agent, John Le. I couldnt be happier! This is my first house purchase so I was looking for anything that would make the process easier. Jaylen Bell at Mellowhome paired me with a local real estate agent who happened to be less than a mile away from me. The agent was the best I could have hoped for! Jaylen checked in on me regularly and explained everything so I could easily understand. I ended up purchasing a house within 2 months using the agent he set me up with. I also got a decent cash back rebate called the Grand Slam for purchasing the house using the agent I was set up with! What a nice bonus! I would recommend Mellowhome and Jaylen Bell to anyone!
