Melissa Sanches was an astounding realtor I would recommend to all of my family and friends. She cared about our input about what kind of house we were looking for, and helped us with all of our concerns. Sanches also had a good eye for detail by pointing out things in houses that we would have missed or not known. She made buying our first home easy and stress-free. Im glad we found her to be our realtor and hope to use her again in the future.

And in the selling of our own property she went above and beyond to close the deal. She has always listened to our needs. Where many agents treat their clients like their one of many, Melissa offers personal attention and is never too busy to attend to our request or offer real estate advice. I would definitely recommend her services.
