Let’s start by saying Melissa really listens to you. She explains every step you take , and is very attentive to what needs to be done. I love how she made this home buying very easy! She took her time to explain anything that we didn’t understand and made it easy. She keeps in close contact and is there anytime, and keeps on top of contractors. I highly recommend her services! First off, we cannot say enough about how amazing Melissa is.It was our first time selling a house, and to top it off, we were moving out of state so most everything had to be handled remotely.Not only was Melissa very accommodating, she is one of the nicest people we have met, which made the entire process much smoother than anticipated. We sold our house quicker than expected and closing from a different state was a breeze.There aren’t enough stars on here to accurately capture the awesome service and experience we received.If you are in the market to purchase a house or looking to sell, no need to look any further.

We couldnt have picked a better realtor to help with the sale of our home and the purchase of our forever home. She was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process and stayed on top of everything. She went above and beyond to make sure that we found the perfect home for our growing family. Despite the market not being good right now, we were able to sale our home in a short amount of time. She was able to help us see the positive and negative aspects of each property that we looked at.
