Melissa has handled the sale and purchase of multiple homes for our family, and she has always gone above and beyond to take care of us and to make a normally stressful process enjoyable and memorable. She answered all my annoying first time home buyer questions. She stayed on top of the builder when progress slowed and no one would tell us anything. Melissa was amazing, We had a pipe burst on our well while out of town. She woke up early and went ot the house to shut off the well. Then after talking with us, handled all the repairs. She sold our house Quickly and above asking. She made the process easy and efficient. She gave great advice. I have already recomended her to friends and family, now to the rest of the Fort Worth!

Allison Huhmann was my realtor and I seriously could not have picked a better person to help me through my first home purchase.When I first contacted her I actually wasnt even ready to start the home search yet, but Allison was wonderful and gave me information of the kinds of things I would need to start the process (reaching out to get a pre-approval letter, what the process would be once we found a house, etc.). She ended up setting me up with a search of the areas Id wanted to look in and before I knew it I was calling her up every other day to look at houses.She was there every step of the way until I found the one and throughout the whole process, she was only one text away. Even now almost two years after my home purchase, Allison makes sure to stay in touch and check in on how Im doing. I love her and you can bet if I ever decide to sell or buy again, I will be sure to reach out to her again.
