Melissa is an incredible realtor! We moved to Texas from another state and for 5 days she drove us around the area not only helping us find a home but also showing us the area, our very own tour guide/realtor. Her knowledge of homes and attention to detail was amazing! We didn’t know many people when we moved but Melissa was a great help and resource for us in a new state. She even came to our daughter’s wedding when she got married! We recommend clients to her as often as we can. We would give her 5+ stars if we could! 😀

Melissa was wonderful to work with. We moved into Texas from South Carolina and had limited time to look at houses. Melissa accommodated long days and a multitude of houses. She even added a few she thought we might like and was able to get us last minute showings on homes we found on the fly. Melissa was knowledgeable about the areas and gave her honest thoughts about the houses. She listened to what we wanted and helped us find a home that marked all our boxes even with limited inventory being available at the time. I have always had bad experiences with realtors until I met Melissa. I sold my home September 2024, in a market where new constructions are leading due to crazy incentives. I needed a realtor that was going to do more than put a sign in my yard. Melissa surpassed all my expectations. She rolled up her sleeves, took her shoes off and helped me prepare my house. She even reviewed my house prior to any showings if I was at work so I would not have to leave. My house would still be on the market if she had not doubled back to previous showings to market my home. If you are looking for a working realtor, look no further. She researches and maintains a list of current top-notch resources you may need during the buying and selling process from home cleaning, staging, landscaping, inspecting, insurance and financing. She is readily available and an incredible advocate during the entire process. My highest recommendation is that she has represented us in two separate transactions and will be our realtor for ALL our future real estate needs.
