When we decided to sell our house we made the right choice in choosing Melissa Hudson. She partnered us with her contractor and designed a beautiful remodel of our home. Once the remodel was complete she got right to work showing the house and we were able to sell it in three weeks! She walked us through the paperwork and all of the legal wording. We are very happy with the realty services provided to us by Melissa. She was easy to contact and communicate with and really took care of us according to our own unique needs. We chose Melissa over other realtor options not only because of her outstanding experience and track record but also because of her desire to support her community hyper-locally. Everyone she hired to come to our house for lawn services, handyman work, cleaning, etc. was someone who lived in our community. It was a perk to give back to our community just by selling our house. This shows her desire to support her fellow community while building her own business. We also really appreciated Andi, Melissas Lead Transaction Manager, who provided very clear communication to us regarding documents needed, date deadlines, etc., throughout the whole selling process, but of course, Melissa was still readily available via text, call or email to answer any and all questions we had no matter how trivial or important they were. Realtors are busy people so for Melissa to have someone help her with this aspect of the job is a smart move and made the process run that much more smoothly.

Omg where do I start? I met Melissa through my loan specialist Edgar. Straight off the bat she asked me what I needed and what would be my ideal house? I was looking for a big house with room for a baby! She got on it and within minutes she had a handful of houses for me to look at online. The process of looking at houses and selecting the ones I would like to tour was so easy! I quickly chose 2 houses I LOVED. Then I texted Melissa and she immediately set up the house tours. She is so fast! I fell in love with the second house and put in an offer. I am sure that if Melissa had not written such a convincing offer I would have lost the house to the other bidder. Melissa was so helpful with inspection, amendments, and closing related issues. I love her!! She got me the house of my dreams and she is just the sweetest most pleasant person I have ever met. If you ever need a realtor you CANNOT go wrong with her. I will recommend her to everyone I know who is looking for a home!!! :)
