Because I live in another state, Melissa was the woman who waited on hvac technicians (twice) and even fixed a drawer panel that was hanging down after my dad’s widow moved out of the house. The, absolute, best experience. We thought it was going to be long and rough but Russell and Melissa are just phenomenal at what they do. They had sold the house next door to us and so we took their number from the sign and called. I, kid you not, when I say that from the moment we had contact with them, they were on it. The communication of what they were going to do, what they told us they needed from us, to explaining paperwork, and the entire process was just so smooth and easy. We didnt even get to open house. They, already, had a client lined up to see the house before any public viewing and the house was sold from that first showing. Melissa was a very sweet and professional lady from the very beginning. My first time connecting with her was 02/28 and our first meeting was on 03/02. I decided immediately that her genuine demeanor and high level of knowledge is what I needed in my home buying process. She reminded me of me :). She was my advocate throughout it all, asked all the questions I didnt know needed to be asked. I think shes the best out there and everyone should give her a fair chance, shell have your best interest at heart. I closed on my home August 9th and it was built from the ground up, she was with me every step of the way. My housewarming was on August 17th and Melissa & her family were invited guests, and to me, that speaks volumes. She is so great at what she does, I recruited her to be my friend. 😊❤
