Melissa is the BEST realtor hands down. Before I even had loan approval, she was taking the time to show homes to me. She always answered every question I had and would do research on the neighborhoods I was interested in. Once I had a loan approval, she watched for homes in my price range. Less than 3 days after loan approval, she found my forever home for myself and my boys. She walked right beside me through the entire home buying process and made sure I knew everything I needed to about the process. She was by my side when I signed the closing documents and she checked in on us once we got moved in. She has become a great friend to me and my family. Melissa is a great person to work with! I recommend her to all of our friends. We were a first time home buyer and we had no idea where to start or what to do. Melissa was very patient & always kept us informed. She is great when it comes to communication and being there for us when we always had questions or concerns. It took about 3-4months of a process of buying our first home. Melissa always kept us up to date and was always on top of everything including with the sellers/loan officer. Mellisa Cross is definitely the MVP of all realtors. When we first went into the market we had no idea what we were doing. Mellisa took the time to sit down and explain everything into detail and made the process of buying a home so much more easier. She really goes above and beyond for her clients and you don’t find that anymore. Her passion for helping people buy homes is unbelievable. She always has a great attitude and never steers you in the wrong path. That’s why we chose her to sell our home as well. Her knowledge of the real estate business is second to none.
