We have been working with Melisa for 2 years to find the right house at the right time. Even though she knew we were not quite ready to buy she continued to send us listings and show us houses. Coming from out of State makes house hunting more difficult but she stuck with us, answered all our questions helped us every step of the way. We had a FaceTime viewing first on a house and she knew this was the one, we flew out and ended up buying it. We were referred to Melisa by mutual friends and could not have been happier with our experience. As out of state buyers, Melisa curated a custom showing schedule that worked around our flight schedules and put together 2 days worth of showings in Rockwall and Heath which allowed us to see as much as we could while in town. Ultimately we decided to purchase a new construction home and Melisa was by our side the entire time. She was an amazing realtor, acted as our eyes and ears during escrow, interfaced with the builder and their representatives to help us close on time. Even after the close of escrow, Melisa continued to aid us in pushing the builder to complete their punch list items as we were still out of state. She is confident, capable and caring. What more could you ask for in a realtor? Would recommend her again in a heartbeat.
